When Lucas Tan first laced up his running shoes at age 13, it wasn’t about medals or finish lines. Running was introduced as a way to help him stay focused — a steady rhythm, a clear path, a space where his mind could settle.
What began as a simple activity soon became something much more.
Now 24, Lucas has transformed that early passion into a remarkable journey. He has completed six half marathons, each one a testament to his dedication, growing confidence, and love for the sport. And most recently, he crossed the finish line of his first full marathon in Taiwan — a milestone that marks only the beginning of what he hopes to achieve.
For Lucas, running is more than movement. It’s freedom. It’s purpose. It’s proof that with patience, consistency, and belief, we can grow far beyond where we started.
His story reminds us that progress doesn’t happen all at once — it happens step by step, mile by mile. And with every new challenge he takes on, Lucas shows that the most powerful victories are the ones we win within ourselves.
He’s not stopping here — and we can’t wait to see where the road takes him next.
